Cousix Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-28
This policy explains what 210 CodeLabs Corporation ("we") stores when you use Cousix at app.cousix.210codelabs.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we store
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Account: email, name, profile picture (from GitHub), sign-in sessions | To sign you in | Until you delete your account |
| Conversations: your messages, Cousix's answers, and the steps it took (tool calls, search results, code runs) | To show your history and to operate, secure and improve the Service | Until you delete the conversation or your account |
| Files you attach, and their extracted text | To answer questions about them | Until you delete the conversation or your account |
| Generated images and code output files | To show them to you | Kept in private storage, shared only through expiring links |
| Ratings and corrections you send | To evaluate and improve answers | Until you delete your account |
| Usage counters (messages, images and code seconds per day) | To apply plan limits | Per day |
| Memory (only if you turn it on) | To adapt answers to your preferences | Until you turn it off or delete it; at most 90 days without use |
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We keep only privacy-respecting, server-side counts of requests and errors.
Memory
Memory is off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, Cousix keeps short derived notes (for example "prefers short answers"), never your messages. You can see each item, delete it, or forget everything at any time.
Who receives your data
To answer you, the text of your conversation (including attached file text) is sent to the model providers that run the models: currently OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, and our own GPU services on Modal. Web searches are sent to Tavily; code runs in isolated Modal sandboxes. Files and images are stored in Cloudflare R2; the Service runs on Microsoft Azure; sign-in emails are sent by Azure Communication Services. These providers process data on our behalf.
Cousix reads only the text you send. It never uses your camera, microphone, location or biometrics, and never contacts anyone on your behalf.
Deleting your data
- Delete a conversation from the sidebar: its messages and files are deleted.
- Export all conversations from Settings > Your data.
- Delete your account from Settings > Your data. You lose access immediately; your conversations, files and memory are permanently deleted 30 days later.
Age
Cousix is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
