Cousix Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Cousix at app.cousix.210codelabs.com (the "Service"), operated by 210 CodeLabs Corporation ("210 CodeLabs", "we").

1. Who can use Cousix

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You sign in with GitHub or with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email and GitHub account secure: anyone who controls them can use your Cousix account.

3. What Cousix is

Cousix is an AI agent. Its answers are generated by machine learning models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information, and do not rely on Cousix for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Cousix is not an emergency service; if you are in danger, contact local emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to harm others, to create malware or content that sexualizes minors, to harass people, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, overload or probe the Service. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you send (messages, files) and, to the extent the law allows, to what Cousix generates for you. You give us the permission we need to process your content to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Make sure you have the right to upload the files you attach.

6. Limits

The free plan has daily limits on messages, generated images and code execution. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC and may change.

7. Open source

The Cousix software is open source under the Apache License 2.0. These terms cover the hosted Service, not your use of the source code. "Cousix" and the Cousix logo are trademarks of 210 CodeLabs Corporation (see TRADEMARKS.md in the repository).

8. Changes and ending

We may change the Service or these terms; we will tell you about material changes before they take effect. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, 210 CodeLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
